BRAGB Professional Women in Building
(PWB)

BRAGB's Professional Women in Building Council is pleased to kick off its mentoring program! This is a pilot program designed to connect women professionals within the design build industry.

Participants must currently belong to BRAGB. If your company is not yet a member and is interested in joining, learn more here.

How It Works:

• Sign up using the form below. Sign-ups will be accepted on a rolling basis- note that depending on when you sign up, a match may not be available right away.

• Indicate whether you would like to sign up as a mentor or mentee

• Mentors and mentees will be matched by our PWB Council

• Mentors and mentees are asked to meet with each other once a month for 30 min to 1 hour. This meeting can be held in person or virtually. Pairs are welcome to decide on a schedule and meet more often if both agree.

 

What will we talk about when we meet?
This is up to you! Mentors and mentees are encouraged to come to the table with a few topics or goals, get to know one another, and ask questions. Topics or goals may include things such as:

    - skill development

    - career planning
    - networking
    - problem-solving skills

Are there specific requirements to being a mentor?
No! As long as you have work experience and are willing to share your perspective.
